Milestone: Groundbreaking of Rainwater Harvesting System — Faridabad Facility

Building for Industry. Sustaining for the Future.

DCM Containers marked a significant milestone at its Faridabad manufacturing facility with the groundbreaking of a dedicated rainwater harvesting system — a purposeful step towards embedding sustainability into the foundation of its industrial operations.

The initiative was led by Director Mr. Rudra Shriram, underscoring the organization's commitment to water stewardship at the leadership level. More than a conservation measure, this system is designed to reduce dependency on external water supply, optimise resource utilisation across the facility, and strengthen long-term operational resilience — ensuring that growth and sustainability move forward together.

As manufacturing scales and industrial footprints expand, the infrastructure that supports operations must be as thoughtfully engineered as the products themselves. Water — one of industry's most critical and finite resources — demands the same precision of planning that DCM Containers applies to everything it builds.

This groundbreaking reflects a broader conviction: that responsible industry doesn't choose between performance and stewardship. It engineers for both.

DCM Containers remains aligned with the vision of organisations such as the Confederation of Indian Industry and Invest India, and is proud to contribute to national priorities championed by the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Water Resources, RD & GR, Government of India and the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways (India) — building systems that serve both industry and the environment, today and for generations ahead.
